An engineered drug delivery system was developed by coupling M2pep-EVs and pH-responsive TP hydrogel to selectively target tumor associated macrophage in lymphoma microenvironment. It provides a paradigm to concurrently disrupt the immunosuppressive niche and enhance intrinsic drug activity for refractory lymphoma treatment.
